Spell Work Policy
Booking Information:
Spell work bookings for the following month will be posted on the last Friday of each month at 12 PM. A 20% off flash sale will begin at that time and continue until Monday at 12 AM.
There are a variety of spell work listings available on our site. Once you choose the spell you'd like to book, simply click on the listing, and you'll be prompted to schedule a consultation.
If you're unsure which spell to book, you can fill out the Spell Booking Assistance Form. Briefly describe your situation, and I will provide a recommendation. More details are included on the form.
Multiple Spells:
Occasionally, resolving a situation may require multiple spells. In such instances, you have the option to book up to two spells during the same consultation time slot. When booking two spells together, please ensure they are related in terms of their energies. For instance, a Binding Spell and a Sweetening Spell for your significant other would complement each other well. However, combining a Reconciliation Spell for an ex-partner with an Abundance & Prosperity Spell would not be suitable. When purchasing two spells together, a $25 consultation fee will be deducted from your total at checkout. Custom Requests:
If there are any spells you are interested in purchasing that are not listed on the site, please let me know via email at info@neesahthealchemist.com or through the contact form so I can add them. Please note that hexes and curses are not my expertise, and I prefer not to perform them, so they are not listed. Keep this in mind when inquiring about spell work.
Consultation Requirement:
As mentioned previously, to purchase spell work, you must book an appointment for a consultation. If the consultation is not completed, you forfeit your spot and will need to purchase the spell again and book another consultation. Details about cancellation fees are provided further in the policy.
Rescheduling and Cancellations:
If you can't make it to your consultation for any reason, you can reschedule, but it must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment. After that, your appointment cannot be rescheduled and must be canceled, which will result in a cancellation fee. To avoid this fee, reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee, and you will be refunded 50% of your payment. All consultations are conducted via text message. If you fail to respond within the 10-minute grace period, you will be charged a no-call, no-show fee and will be refunded 25% of your payment.

Late Cancellations/ No Call, No Show Fees & Refunds
$75.00 Spell Work
- The late cancellation fee is $37.50, resulting in a refund of $37.50.
- The no call, no show fee is $56.25, resulting in a refund of $18.75.
$100.00 Spell Work
- The late cancellation fee is $50.00, resulting in a refund of $50.00.
- The no call, no show fee is $75.00, resulting in a refund of $25.00.
$125.00 Spell Work
- The late cancellation fee is $62.50, resulting in a refund of $62.50.
- The no call, no show fee is $93.75, resulting in a refund of $31.25.
$150.00 Spell Work
- The late cancellation fee is $75.00, resulting in a refund of $75.00.
- The no call, no show fee is $112.50, resulting in a refund of $37.50.
During the Consultation:
We will discuss the spell to be performed, the individuals involved, and the specific intentions of the spell. I will also conduct a tarot/oracle card reading for deeper insight into your situation and provide my recommendations. If, for any reason, I decide not to perform the spell, you will receive a full refund for the service.
To get the best results, I need as many details about your situation as possible. Please be completely honest and transparent with me during the consultation. This is a judgment-free zone, and my goal is to help you bring your desires to fruition.
After the Consultation:
Once the consultation is complete, I will begin working on your spell. The processing time for spell work completion is 5 business days. Once the spell is finished, proof of completion will be sent via email.
Results and Recasts:
If you have received spell work and are not seeing results, you might be eligible for a recast. Please note that you must take practical steps to support the spell's effects. For example, if you booked a New Job Opportunity Spell but haven't filled out any job applications, the spell won't work. A spell can only do so much; you need to meet it halfway. If you are not doing the work on your end, you will not be eligible for a recast.
Some spells take effect almost instantly, while others may take time. If you see no results after a month, we can consider a recast. You'll receive a tarot reading to check on the spell's progress, and from there, you can decide whether to proceed with the recast. If you still don't see results after the recast, you will receive store credit, which can be used toward a different spell or other items and curios in the shop.
Refund and Credit Policy:
We do not offer refunds on services that have been completed. As stated previously, you will be eligible for a recast and/or store credit.
