✨Spell Work Policy✨
Booking Information
- Spell work bookings for the upcoming month are released on the last Friday of each month at 12 PM (noon).
- A 20% flash sale begins at that time and continues until Monday at 12 AM (midnight).
- A variety of spell work listings are available on the site. Once you’ve selected the spell you’d like to book, click the listing and follow the prompts to schedule your consultation.

Fill out the Spell Booking Assistance Form with a brief description of your situation, and I’ll provide a personalized recommendation.
Consultation Requirement
- A consultation is required before any spell work is performed.
- If your consultation is missed or not completed, your spot will be forfeited and you’ll need to repurchase the spell and reschedule.
- All consultations are conducted via text message.
⚠️ Respectful Communication: Harassment, disrespectful language, or inappropriate behavior during consultations will result in your service being terminated without refund.
Custom Requests
If you’re interested in a spell not currently listed, please contact me to discuss. I may be able to accommodate your request.
Note: I do not perform hexes, curses, or any similar workings.
Bundle & Save
Bundle discounts are available when booking multiple spells:
- $30 off when you book 2 spells
- $60 off when you book 3 spells
- $90 off when you book 4 spells
To qualify, all consultations must be scheduled under the same time slot. If different slots are booked, I’ll reach out to correct it. If I don’t hear back, your order will be canceled and refunded.
These spells will be completed over the course of several weeks. The timeline depends on how many spells are purchased and how results begin to manifest.
Throughout the process, I’ll stay in touch to check in on your results, and we’ll move forward together as you begin to see progress.
This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Expedited Services
- Need faster results? Add Expedited Service for $50.
- With expedited service, your spell is completed within 5 business days following your consultation (instead of the standard 10).
- If no consultation slots are available, you may also request a Squeeze-In Appointment for $25.

Squeeze-In Appointments
- Available for an additional $25 fee.
- Scheduled outside the listed calendar times.
- Clients booking squeeze-ins must still wait the standard 10 business day processing time for spell completion.
- Availability is limited and not guaranteed.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
- 24+ hours before consultation: Reschedule or cancel at no cost.
- Within 24 hours: 50% refund.
- No-call / no-show (no response within 10 mins): 25% refund.

During the Consultation
- We’ll discuss the spell(s), the people involved, and your specific intentions.
- A tarot or oracle reading will also be performed for deeper insight and guidance.
- If I decide not to move forward with your spell for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund.
Information Required: First and last names, date of birth, and clear photos of all those involved.
- Photo Requirements: Recent, clear, no filters, and no group pictures.
⚠️ If you are uncomfortable providing this information, please do not book. Without it, I cannot begin your spell.
All information shared is 100% confidential.
After the Consultation
- Standard processing time: 10 business days.
- Proof of completion will be emailed when your spell is finished.
- I will check in two weeks after completion. After that, you’re welcome to reach out anytime with updates or questions.
Results & Recasts
- Results cannot be guaranteed.
- Spells may manifest in days, weeks, or months, depending on the person and situation.
⚠️ Practical Steps Required: Spells open doors, but you must still take action (e.g., apply for jobs, speak to the person, etc.).
If you see no results after one month:
- Email info@neesahthealchemist.com
- I’ll perform a tarot check-in reading.
- Based on the results, a recast may be performed if necessary.
If no results after a recast, you’ll receive store credit toward another spell or products in the shop.
Refund & Credit Policy
- No refunds after a consultation has been completed (materials and preparation begin immediately).
- No refunds once services are completed.
- If you are unsatisfied and have taken practical steps, you may be eligible for a recast or store credit.
Age Requirement
- All love/relationship spell services are 18+ only
Exceptions: Self-Love and Glamour spells are available to clients under 18

Payment Disputes
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute after services are provided will result in being permanently banned from future bookings.
