Processing Time📦

  • Our processing time is 7–10 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
  • During high-volume periods (such as sales, holidays, or new product launches), processing times may take a bit longer.
  • For orders with any custom items (like spell oils, spiritual baths, etc.), please allow up to 10 extra business days for processing.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)🇺🇸

  • Domestic orders ship at a flat rate of $7.77.
  • Free shipping is automatically applied to all domestic orders over $100 (after discounts and before taxes).
  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another carrier depending on your location.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after shipment.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.


International Shipping🌍

Good news! We now ship internationally so you can receive your favorite spiritual tools, no matter where you’re located.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and package weight.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–21 business days after shipment (depending on your location, customs processing, and the shipping method selected)
  • Please note that delays can occur due to customs inspections or local postal services, which are outside of our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or fees once the shipment reaches your country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
  • We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by customs.

Restricted Items

  • Certain items (such as herbs, oils, or candles) may be restricted in some countries. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
  • If a package is returned due to restrictions or an incorrect address, shipping fees are non-refundable.


Lost or Delayed Packages🚚

  • Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • If your delivery is delayed, please allow extra time, especially during holidays, severe weather, or customs inspections.
  • If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or your package seems lost, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • We’re happy to assist in locating your order, but please note that we cannot issue replacements or refunds for packages once they’ve been handed over to the carrier.
