✨Spellwork Policy✨
By booking a service and/or purchasing a spell, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Information📅
- Spellwork bookings for the upcoming month are released on the last Friday of each month at 12 PM (noon).
- A 20% flash sale begins at that time and runs until Monday at 12 AM (midnight).
- A variety of spell listings are available on the site. Once you’ve selected the spell you’d like to book, click the listing and follow the prompts to schedule your consultation.

Fill out the Spell Booking Assistance Form with a brief description of your situation, and I’ll provide a personalized recommendation.
Consultation Requirement📱
- A consultation is required before any full spellwork is performed.
- If your consultation is missed or not completed, your spot will be forfeited. You’ll need to repurchase the spell and reschedule.
- All consultations are conducted via text message.
⚠️ Respectful Communication:
Harassment, disrespectful language, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
Mini Spells Policy🕯️
Mini Spells are spellworkings that do not require a consultation.
They are tailored entirely based on the details you provide, so please be thorough and accurate when submitting your form.
Client Information Form must include:
- Full names
- Email address
- Dates of birth
- A photo of you
- Intentions & any other relevant context
📩 Proof of completion will be sent to the email address provided in the form, so double-check for accuracy.
Processing Times:
- Standard processing: 10 business days
- Expedited option: Add $10 to receive your spell within 5 business days
- Squeeze-In Appointments do not apply to Mini Spells
Important Notes:
- Mini Spells are not eligible for consultations, recasts, or refunds
- Results may manifest in days, weeks, or months, depending on your situation
- You are still responsible for taking practical steps (e.g., reaching out, applying for the job, opening communication, etc.)

⚠️ Note: I do not perform hexes, curses, or any similar workings.
Bundle & Save💫
Bundle discounts are available when booking multiple spells:
- $30 off when booking 2 spells
- $60 off when booking 3 spells
- $90 off when booking 4 spells
Important: All consultations must be scheduled under the same time slot to qualify. If different slots are selected, I’ll reach out to correct it. If I don’t hear back, your order will be canceled and refunded.
Spells will be completed over the course of several weeks, depending on the number of spells booked and how results begin to manifest. I’ll check in along the way to track your progress.

- Add Expedited Service for $50
- Your spell will be completed within 5 business days after your consultation (instead of the standard 10)
- Expedited Mini Spells are available for $10

- 24+ hours before consultation: Reschedule or cancel at no cost
- Within 24 hours: 50% refund
- No-call / No-show (no response within 10 minutes): 25% refund

During the Consultation🗣️
We’ll discuss:
- The spell(s) requested
- People involved
- Your intentions and goals
- A tarot reading will be done for added insight
Required Info:
- First & last names
- Dates of birth
- Clear, recent photos of everyone involved (No filters, no group shots)
⚠️ If you're uncomfortable providing this info, please do not book — I will not proceed without it. All information is 100% confidential.
After the Consultation 📬
- Standard processing time: 10 business days
- You’ll receive proof of completion via email
- I’ll check in two weeks after spell completion — you’re welcome to reach out at any time afterward with updates or questions
Results & Recasts✨
- Results are not guaranteed
- Manifestation may occur in days, weeks, or months
- Spells create opportunities, but your action is still required for best outcomes
If no results after one month:
- Email info@neesahthealchemist.com
- I’ll perform a tarot check-in reading
- If appropriate, a recast may be done
📌 If no results after a recast, you’ll receive store credit toward another spell or shop item
Mini Spells are not eligible for recasts
Refund & Credit Policy 💳
- No refunds after a consultation has been completed
- No refunds once spellwork has been performed
- If you are unsatisfied and have taken practical steps, you may qualify for a recast or store credit
Mini Spells are non-refundable
Age Requirement🧑🏾
- All love/relationship spellwork is 18+ only
- Self-love and glamour spells are available to clients under 18

Payment Disputes🚫
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after services have been rendered will result in a permanent ban from future bookings.
