This policy applies exclusively to physical items that are shipped. It does not pertain to spell work services. Please review our Spell Work Policy before booking a consultation and purchasing spell work from Neesah The Alchemist.

Cancellations & Refunds

We accept cancellations and refunds only within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, remove an item, or request a swap, please email us at info@neesahthealchemist.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Once you receive an email with your tracking information, your order has been dispatched and is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase before completing the transaction.

If you have questions or concerns about any product, feel free to contact our customer service team prior to purchasing. Should you encounter any issues with your order, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your shipment at info@neesahthealchemist.com.

Damages & Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours at info@neesahthealchemist.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and make it right.
